Nominee Service

In an administrative capacity the following services would be provided by us. We would be signing all the documents that would require a nominee signature. Once signed, these documents will be forwarded to an address specified by you earlier. 

 

However keep in mind that although we would provide you with these kind of facilities and services yet in no way are we involved in the administration or  running of the company. We are associated in name only with your company. This fact is clearly mentioned in the Companies House register.  

 

We are ready to sign necessary documentation on your behalf; however the duties of a director, secretary and shareholder need to be discharged by you. These duties shall solely remain your responsibility and we shall in no way be associated with the discharge of such functions.  

 

Nominee Director

 

As per the UK Company law the data pertaining to the directors need to be registered in the Companies Registry public files. The necessary information which is needed includes name, address, date of birth and nationality. We provide such nominee director services and this ensures complete anonymity and confidentiality for you.  

 

Nominee Secretary

 

A Nominee Secretary refers to an individual who acts in the capacity of company's secretary in order to fulfill the legal requirement which states that any company in UK should have a company secretary associated with it. We would be providing you with the services of a nominee secretary; however keep in mind that the nominee secretary will not play an active role or discharge the duties pertaining to the actual business of the company.  

  

Nominee Shareholder

 

The nominee shareholder service aims at holding shares on behalf of investors. As per the UK company laws, information about shareholders need to be registered at Companies House. We would function in the capacity of nominee shareholder but would transfer all our voting and dividend rights back to you. Our only objective while discharging this function would be to provide you with a name only service. This service shall thus provide you with complete anonymity.
